Questions & Answers
When should I book?
As early as possible, ideally eight to twelve weeks before your wedding date. Spring and summer appointments can fill quickly, so booking early allows plenty of time to achieve the best result without rushing.
How many fittings will I need?
Most brides attend two or three fittings. The first appointment allows us to assess the dress and discuss what needs doing. Follow-up appointments allow us to check progress and make any final refinements.
Do you work on all types of wedding dresses?
Yes. We work on a wide range of wedding dresses, from simple satin gowns to heavily embellished and intricately beaded designs. If you have a question about a particular dress, get in touch and we will happily advise.
What if I do not know what alterations I need?
Most people do not when they first visit us. Bring your dress along and we will assess it together, explain the options available and provide our honest recommendation.
Can you alter bridesmaid dresses and guest outfits?
Absolutely. We alter and repair dresses for bridesmaids, mothers of the bride, wedding guests and special occasions of all kinds.
